.Vintage Navajo Shell Heishi Mined Turquoise Nugget Beads Necklace 20" Unisex. Hand rolled shell heishi -6/16" w Nice old turquoise,mined stones some more green what's unusual to me is this necklace is strung on a woven chain- and has a gold filled clasp. The gold jumprings-on the chain to the clasp are soldered- the other jumprings are not I can safely assume a jeweler did the gold filled clasp switch ,perhaps they restrung as well? The beads are old and being hand rolled shell can cut thru old string over time so I believe that's a safe assumption. and it's strung properly , as is the clasp. No damages.
